Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method

Deliveries to Europe are handled through « Colissimo France métropolitaine » and « Colissimo international Europe ».

In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders Monday to Friday (with the exception of French public holidays).

The merchandise will usually be ready for dispatch within 7 business days after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If it should take longer, the Customer will be informed by e-mail.

Shipping costs for orders over €59 within Europe and the United Arab Emirates are free of charge (standard delivery).

Shipping costs for orders over €119 the rest of the world are free of charge (standard delivery).

2. Track your order

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
